I. Transportation Methods and Selection

First of all, you should know that most of our products are customized and require more time for assembly into finished products (we usually have ready-made accessories). After you place an order, we will confirm the order with you as soon as possible, then assemble, pack, contact the courier, and ship your order.
  1. We will provide the following transportation methods for your choice based on the nature of the hardware products you purchase (such as weight, size, whether they are fragile, etc.), the policies of the destination country, and your needs:
  • International Express: Including DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc. It is suitable for urgent, small-sized, or high-value hardware products, featuring fast timeliness and full traceability.
  • International Special Line: Special line logistics for specific countries or regions, with relatively high cost performance, suitable for the transportation of medium-sized hardware products.
  • Sea Freight: Suitable for large quantities and heavy hardware products, with low transportation costs but relatively slow timeliness.
  • Air Freight: Between international express and sea freight, it has relatively fast timeliness and lower cost than international express, suitable for hardware products with certain timeliness requirements and moderate quantities.
  1. You can choose your preferred transportation method when placing an order. If no selection is made, we will arrange shipment by default using the most cost-effective transportation method.

II. Transportation Costs

  1. Transportation costs are calculated based on factors such as the selected transportation method, product weight, volume, and destination country. The specific cost will be displayed when you place an order or you can consult our customer service.
  1. Additional fees may be incurred in the following cases, and such fees shall be borne by you:
  • Fees incurred due to inaccurate, incomplete, or undeliverable delivery address provided by you, resulting in the need for return, reshipment, or change of delivery address of the goods.
  • Fees such as detention fees and return freight incurred due to goods being detained or returned during transportation for reasons attributable to you (such as refusal to receive goods, failure to sign for them in a timely manner, etc.).
  • Relevant fees incurred for commodity inspection, certification, etc., as some countries or regions have special requirements for the import of hardware products (we will inform buyers in advance).

III. Shipment and Transportation Timeliness

  1. Shipment Time: After you pay for the order and confirm that the delivery address and other information are correct, we will arrange shipment within 1-3 working days (except for specially customized hardware products, whose shipment time will be agreed separately).
  1. Transportation Timeliness: The transportation timeliness varies with different transportation methods. The specific estimated timeliness is as follows (all are estimated times, and the actual timeliness may be delayed due to force majeure factors such as weather, customs inspection, and logistics conditions in the destination country):
  • International Express: Generally 3-7 working days.
  • International Special Line: Generally 7-15 working days.
  • Sea Freight: Depending on the destination country, generally 30-60 working days.
  • Air Freight: Generally 10-20 working days.

IV. Cargo Tracking

  1. After the goods are shipped, we will promptly provide you with the logistics tracking number and inquiry method. You can also check the transportation status of the goods through relevant logistics platforms or the link we provide.
  1. If you find any abnormality in the transportation of the goods during the inquiry, you can contact us in time, and we will assist in the inquiry and handling.

V. Customs and Customs Clearance

  1. We will provide complete and accurate customs declaration materials (including commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.) in accordance with relevant regulations and the requirements of the destination country to assist in customs clearance procedures.
  1. The customs clearance procedures for goods in the importing country shall be handled by you or an agent entrusted by you. Buyers shall understand and comply with the import policies, laws and regulations, and relevant tax regulations (such as import duties, value-added tax, etc.) of the destination country.
  1. If goods are delayed in customs clearance, detained, fined, or confiscated due to your failure to comply with the import regulations of the destination country or the incompleteness or inaccuracy of the customs clearance materials provided, you shall bear the relevant responsibilities and expenses.

VI. Goods Receipt and Inspection

  1. When you receive the goods, you should check on the spot whether the outer packaging of the goods is intact. If the outer packaging is damaged or deformed, you need to take photos for retention and open the package in front of the courier to check whether the quantity and appearance of the goods are intact.
  1. If you find problems such as shortage of goods quantity or damage to the appearance, you need to raise an objection to the courier immediately and contact us in time. We will handle it according to the actual situation (such as reissuing, refunding, etc.).
  1. If you raise problems such as shortage of goods quantity or damage to the appearance after signing for the goods and cannot provide relevant evidence to prove that they were caused during transportation, we will not accept the request.

VII. Force Majeure

  1. In case of transportation delay, damage, or loss of goods caused by force majeure factors such as earthquakes, typhoons, rainstorms, wars, epidemics, and adjustments to customs policies, we will notify you in time and make every effort to take remedial measures, but we shall not bear relevant responsibilities.
  1. If the goods cannot be delivered due to force majeure factors, we will handle the refund procedure for you (the transportation costs already incurred shall be deducted).

VIII. Loss and Damage of Goods

  1. If the goods are lost or damaged during transportation, we will assist the buyer in claiming compensation from the logistics company.
  1. For goods that have purchased logistics insurance, compensation will be made in accordance with the insurance terms; for goods that have not purchased logistics insurance, compensation will be made in accordance with the compensation standards of the logistics company, and the maximum compensation amount shall not exceed the actual value of the goods (based on the order amount).
  1. Damage caused by the own quality problems of hardware products (such as inherent defects, fragility, etc.) is not a logistics transportation liability, and we will handle it in accordance with the product after-sales service terms.

IX. Others

  1. These international logistics terms are only applicable to the international transportation of cross-border retail hardware products sold by us.
  1. We have the right to revise these terms according to the actual situation (such as changes in logistics policies, cost adjustments, etc.). The revised terms will be announced on the announcement board of our store, and new orders generated after the announcement will be subject to the revised terms.
  1. If you have any objections to these terms, you can negotiate with us before placing an order, and place the order only after reaching an agreement through negotiation; placing an order shall be deemed as your agreement to all the contents of these terms.
