When a product exceeds the return period, is idle due to updated styles, has slight wear and tear during daily use, or you want to replace it with a new model after use, don't worry. The Locksmall Repurchase Program will provide you with a flexible solution. As a supplementary service beyond our regular services, it enables every product to give full play to its residual value and completely free your consumption from worries.
Under What Circumstances Can You Apply for Repurchase?
- Products that exceed the return period (such as those beyond the 14-day return period for quality issues and the 30-day return period for other conditions);
- Products in an idle state;
- Products with slight signs of use, incomplete packaging or missing accessories when returned (which do not meet the requirement of "unused and in original condition");
- Packages sent back directly without an RMA number;
- Products with slight damage caused by improper return methods during transportation;
- Products that you want to replace after long-term use;
- Idle waste products;
- Other situations that meet the repurchase conditions.

Repurchase Process: Easily Completed in 3 Steps
- Submit Application: Provide the order number, product information and photos of the current state of the product (such as signs of use, packaging status, etc.) through the customer service email (locksmall1@gmail.com) or the online chat system;
- Evaluation and Quotation: The customer service will give the repurchase amount according to the product state within 1 - 3 working days (usually 30% - 70% of the original price, and the specific amount is subject to the actual evaluation);
- Confirmation and Handling: You can choose to accept the quotation and send the product back (you need to bear the freight by yourself) or give up the repurchase. After the product arrives and is inspected and confirmed by us, we will complete the refund according to the quotation within 3 - 5 working days.
Warm Tips
- The repurchase amount is evaluated based on the current state of the product. The higher the integrity of the product and the more complete the accessories, the higher the repurchase amount;
- It is recommended to keep the logistics tracking information when sending back the product to avoid being unable to handle it due to loss during transportation;
- If the product is seriously damaged or has problems that affect secondary use, the repurchase amount may be reduced accordingly. For details, you can negotiate with the customer service.
